It is by no means luxurious - but it is simple, easy and great value for money in an area that has become extremely expensive. A group of great staff and a clean bed is all some people need from a trip to one of the best game viewing areas of the Serengeti.

This camp is a simple yet effective base from which you have easy access to one of the best game viewing areas in the Serengeti. It is about 40 minutes from the Seronera airstrip, nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle that comes with Serengeti safaris in the centre of the Serengeti.

If you are looking for an option that offers good value for money then Kati Kati is certainly worth considering. The main area consists of a small tented restaurant area, adjoined to another tent that acts as a library and lounge area where you can relax after a full day in the Serengeti. It is small, simple but completely practical.

The tents are constructed in the same manner. They are easy and un-pretentious ‘meru’ safari tents that perfectly blend into their surrounding habitat. The rooms are comfortable with the option of having a double or twin bedded tent, and an en-suite bathroom.

The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and the kitchen consistently provides meals of a good, wholesome quality.

Kati Kati provides the service that you pay for in our eyes. It’s friendly, comfortable and in a fantastic game viewing area. It’s also amazing value for money.
