Maji Moto - The Facts

The lodge is located in the Selous Game Reserve, on the shores of one of the great Selous lakes with beutiful, panoramic views.

Like it's sister camp, Kilimatonge, Maji Moto is totally private - with only one group in camp at any one time. The camp can accommodate up to 12 tents, but only builds as many as are needed for a specific group - keeping a feeling of real intimacy and privacy. Perfect for couples seeking a private experience or for larger groups who want to be in total control of their safari itinerary. There are good discounts for bigger groups too, which make it exceptional value.

Each en-suite tent is very comfortable, and the fact that there are no permanent structures means that the camp blends beautifully with its surroundings. 4x4 game drive safaris are the main staple activity here, but walking safaris and boating safaris on the lake are also on offer.
